Take sole responsibility to respond and resolve any dispute with an End User relating to or based on any customer data issue, the provision of our services and the operation of your app and our system or Your failure to fulfil these obligations and indemnify the Company in full against any such claim.
4.4. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to You relating to Our system and Our services, which are provided, and by Your use accepted, on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION YOU SHARE
